The brick structure, which formerly served as the City of Brockton  Public Works facility, sits on a one acre parcel on Rt. 28.  The tenant, Advanced Pipe Inspection, Inc., provides closed circuit television inspection services, pipe repair, and sewer and drain cleaning services to utilities, municipalities, and construction companies throughout New England. Phoenix Commercial Real Estate LLC & CB Richard Ellis/New England have sold 37 Waverly St., Rt. 135, Framingham to the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA). The 6800 sq. ft. building on .7 acres will serve as MWRTA's new depot and operating center. MWRTA had previously leased the property with an option to purchase and has been renovating the property to serve their needs. The purchase price was $805,000.

The MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA) was formed in 2006 by the state legislature to help serve the public transportation needs of the 32-town corridor known as the I-495/MetroWest corridor. MWRTA is responsible for fixed bus routes and para-transit routes, which mimic the normal bus routes, but provide a smaller bus with lift capability for the disabled and physically challenged individual. Para-transit transportation is a shared ride, origin to destination service required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
